Simple form

Simpleform is used for constructing forms with any number of input fields, text areas and file attachments.

Setup:

  1. Sign up with the email you want to be the receiver of the form on http://getsimpleform.com/ Screenshot_2017-07-05_16-59-44

  3. Paste the API token in the api-token field on the Simpleform object in your Weld project. Screenshot_2017-07-05_17-11-43

textareas is where you enter the names of the text areas (multi-line field) the user has to fill in. Enter the names separated by commas. If this field is blank no text areas will be in the form.

fields is where you enter the names of the fields the user has to fill in. Enter the names separated by commas. If this field is blank no fields will be in the form.

uploads is where you enter the names of the file uploads the user has to attach a file to. Enter the names separated by commas. If this field is blank no file uploads will be in the form.

redirect-url is a URL you can redirect the user to after he or she submitted the form. You need to enter a full valid url like http://www.mysite.com/thanks-for-submitting . If this field is blank the user will be redirected back to the form after it is submitted.

all-fields-required is a toggle that makes all the fields, text areas and file uploads required by the user to fill in to be able to submit the form. When it is toggled off no input is required by the user to submit.
