Weld and GDPR
GDPR is the new privacy framework by the European Union (EU). We have rebuilt Weld to be compliant with GDPR, so it’s now easier to see and delete your personal data in Weld (see the Settings page). We have also updated our service agreements:
- Weld’s Data Processing Agreement (only for companies/legal entities)
What happens if I don’t agree?
If you don’t agree, you cannot continue to use Weld. Although we would have “legitimate interest” to keep your data longer, our current plan is to remove non-confirmed accounts and their data by July 25th, 2018 (after 60 days).
